Youth Welfare Department Teg Bahadur Khalsa College for Women, Dasuya

The department of youth welfare is a formal platform to design and implement youth policy which includes the issues related to motivation, participation, permission and cultural settings with in which young people grow up. The department is a driving force for the students and youth community to enhance their personalities through doing and learning.

Objectives

The objectives of the department

  • To encourage the young students to come forward to prove themselves by participating in various creative activities.
  • To provide them more opportunities for their overall development.
  • To nurture the young minds for their balanced growth and development.

  • Participation in Zonal and lnter-Zonal Youth and Heritage Festival (Punjab University) and Punjab State Youth Festival.
  • Celebration of Teej Festival, Lohri Festival, Women Day, Basant Festival and many more.
