Documents Required at the time of Admission

• Four copies of recent Passport size Photographs (one pasted and three stapled)
• Copy of Aadhar Card
• Copy of Voter Card
• Certificate of Residence Proof
• Certificate of Covid Vaccination (Dose I and II)
• Self attested copy of certificate showing Date of Birth
• Self attested copy of character certificate of last attended institution
• A self Affidavit from candidate having One Year Gap and a Notary Attested Affidavit from candidate having more than one year gap
• Original Migration Certificate/No Objection Certificate in case of candidate seeking admission to the college from universities/boards/councils (whenever applicable)
• Certificate relevant to claim any Reserved Category Status
• Reserved Category candidates need to provide photocopy of Bank Pass Book (Front Page) for Bank account number and IFSC Code
• Self attested Anti-Ragging Affidavit by Candidate
• Certificate of claim for weightage/weightages
• Foreign students have to produce the following documents at the time of admission
  • Original Passport with long term visa
  • A Certificate of registration from local police
  • AIDS clearance
  • Passport/Visa Copy
  • Certificate of Approval from Dean Foreign Students
  • Eligibility certificate from Deputy Registrar (general) Punjab University
